Monique Woodson, a Florida native now residing in Frankfort, Kentucky, has nurtured a lifelong passion for dance since childhood. Her journey into dance ministry began in 2012, marking the start of a dedicated commitment that continues to shape her life. Over the years, Monique has served as a dancer and choreographer, creating dance pieces for church productions and leading productions of her own.
Monique has organized multiple workshops that merge biblical Scripture with choreography, emphasizing the connection between faith and movement. She prioritizes clarity in storytelling through dance, viewing movement as a powerful form of ministry and expression.
Currently, Monique operates I Dance 4 the Glory of God Dance School, a traveling dance school through which she teaches children and adults the importance of dance as a form of worship and their role in the Kingdom of God.

Creative enrichment for grades K–5
In addition to her dance ministry, Monique is the founder of T.O.P. (The Outlet Program), a creative enrichment program designed to foster creativity and confidence in children in grades K–5. Through artistic exploration, skill-building, and emotional expression, T.O.P. encourages children to develop healthy outlets for self-expression.
Grounded in five wellness pillars—emotional, social, spiritual, physical, and creative wellness—the program seeks to support the whole child, with plans to expand into emotional wellness dance initiatives for middle and high school students.

At the heart of Monique’s mission is the desire to encourage individuals to use their gifts purposefully while glorifying God in all they do. Inspired by Colossians 3:17, she encourages others to approach their talents and everyday endeavors with gratitude, intentionality, and dependence on the Lord Jesus Christ.
